Dear Tim & Jackie,
Thank you so much for the fabulous way that you looked after our precious babies for us. As you know we rehomed them last year so were very worried about leaving them for the first time. We need not of worried at all, they were obviously so happy with you that we were almost jealous!
We loved the way that after saying hello to us they ran back into their room and continued with their chews. This proves to us that they were very settled and the photos you sent us by email were fantastic. We have blown up one of them as we love it so much.
We thought that we would also let you know that thanks to your time and patience in teaching them to jump that Daisy is now starting agility lessons with our grand-daughter. The teacher says she is a real natural and we would of never known this if it wasn't for you and your wonderful facilities. Poppy is still quite happy to watch and enjoy the praise, your right she is definately the laid back one!
We will never leave them with anyone other than yourselves and we recommend you to everyone we know.

Dear Jackie & Tim,
Just a quick note to thank you so much for having Mishka and Loki, both seem so relaxed and happy, and neither have lost weight, which they sometimes have in the past. Although their quite used to kennels, some environments are obviously a bit more stressful for them.
We were absolutely blown away by your facilites - what an ideal set up. The dogs are having to slum it a bit now their back home! Only one or two walks a day and no playing fields - their already making suggestions as to how we could improve our garden!

Many,many thanks from us, and the boys for looking after them so well whilst we were away. They came home in such a happy and relaxed way that they had obviously had a wonderful time. I just wish they could tell us all the things they had been doing!
You certainly have a lovely place for dogs to stay and when we book another holiday we would definately love to bring them to you again. I have been telling as many people as possible all about the Canine Country Club, but know you will do so well in any case.

Dear Jackie and Tim,
We just wanted to write and thankyou for everything you did for Ruby whilst she was with you .She has obviously had a great time with you .Ruby is even more confident than she was before her stay! and is now strutting around at home!! She obviously also had a great time with her new friend 'Dookie' .
Thank you for also putting up with us and our distress at leaving her.It is was harder than we imagined but through your compassion and how you immediately 'got' Rubys personality our minds were eased. .We can never thankyou enough for now making foreign holidays possible. We look forward to seeing you in November for Rubys next stay with you which I am sure will be another highlight for her.

Dear Tim & Jackie
Just a quick message to thank you so much for the way in which you looked after Ollie. You are the only kennels that we would bring him to stay in. The care and attention you gave him was absolutely wonderful. Although it is a long trip from Cardiff, to see that he was so happy was so pleasing for us. He'd never been away from us as he is only 16 months old now. The pictures you've put on the website show just what a great time he had with you and we can't thank you enough for how well you looked after him.The cost was well worth it and I've already recommended you to colleagues and friends.
You are the only kennel where we will feel happy to let Ollie stay so we'll be looking for a family holiday close to you next year!
Many, many thanks for your kind attention to Ollie. I don't think he wanted to leave when we came to pick him up!

About my dog/s: Sonic
message: Just to say a very big THANKYOU for taking such good care of Sonic while we were away. It helped make our whole holiday experience so stress free. We took home a very relaxed and happy dog, who has settled back into family life like he has never been away (he's currently stretched out in a lovely patch of sunshine in our living room)!
Seeing the photos of him enjoying the company of the other dogs at CCC so much has made us think more about getting a companion for him. So next time Sonic comes to stay, hopefully he will have a friend to bring along too!
